Thank you for visiting my website.  I imagine if you’ve found me, you are thinking about having some personal therapy or doing some couples work.  A  little background information may help you decide what to do next.  I work with individuals, couples and small groups.  My Practice is set in a countryside location and provides a natural quiet and private place in which to explore what is often deeply personal and deeply important issues for us.

I am a fully qualified BACP Accredited Psychotherapist, Couples Counsellor and Supervisor.  What I can offer you is a safe, non-judgemental and supporting environment in which to explore your present difficulties.  I have a wealth of experience working with couple relationships and individual issues related to past or present problems and traumas.  What I can offer you is a compassionate approach where you and your situation will be sensitively considered and respectfully supported.

Whatever your present problem, whether it be a personal difficulty, a challenging situation or a troubling relationship, taking time-out and investing in yourself is often the most life enhancing step you can ever take.  I will give you a safe space in which to do this.

As a Supervisor I also offer this reflective space to Counsellors, Psychotherapist, Coaches and those in the Helping Professions who use professional reflection and guidance as part of their ethical practice requirements.
